For those starting (or progressing within) the Level 3 Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship, this session offers a timely opportunity to connect day-to-day practice with the bigger picture of youth work in a changing landscape. The discussion will help apprentices and their employers think about how young people’s needs are understood and met as policy, funding priorities, and community circumstances shift, and how youth support roles can contribute to creating meaningful impact through both physical and digital spaces.
