BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (NATIONAL ROLE)

Location: National

We are looking to recruit a team of Business Development Officers. We want people to be brand ambassadors for B-Skill and promote our training services including Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Learners Loans, Adult Education programmes including Distance Learning and the B-Skill recruitment service for Employers looking to take on an Apprentice/Trainee. Business Development Officers will play a critical role in the continuing growth of the business, they will be responsible for developing new business and driving sales through outbound calling and client pitches.

Level 5 Management Learning & Development Coach

Pay: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Location: National (Home Based Role)

Utilising your experience in your specialist field, you will have an in-depth understanding of Management Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 5.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire apprentices to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully achieve their Management Apprenticeship Standards. All B-Skill Learning & Development Coaches should have the ability to inspire learners with personal credibility and professional confidence.

L3 Warehousing Learning & Development Coach

Pay: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Location: National (Home Based Role)

Utilising your experience in your specialist field, you will have an in-depth understanding of the apprenticeship standards you will be accountable for delivering including:

Supply Chain Operator – Level 2
Supply Chain Practitioner – Level 3
Supply Chain Warehouse Operative – Level 2

FREELANCE CLASSROOM TUTOR

Pay: £125 per day

Due to increasing learner demand B-Skill are looking to recruit further Classroom Tutors to support our delivery in Tees Valley and South of Tyne. We are looking for inspiring tutors to deliver engaging classroom based training to unemployed/employed learners to prepare learners for work or progression.

AEB Operations Manager

Location: NORTH/NORTH WEST

 

Reporting to the Head of AEB we are looking to recruit an AEB Operations Manager to support with the management of B-Skill Adult Education Budget including devolved and non-devolved contracts plus flexible learning provision. Main responsibilities include line management of direct AEB delivery and support staff, programme performance, learner starts, achievement rates / timely achievement rates, job outcomes and progression rates and audit compliance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the opportunities afforded by the Adult Education Budget to positively influence the lives of learners.

Location: NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE

Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will provide a first class financial management service to B-Skill.  In order to strengthen and support the rapid growth and diversification of the business, the post holder will take responsibility for financial control, management, accountancy reporting to support operational and strategic business planning.  The Financial Accountant will participate in management meetings as a trustful adviser to the business teams, protecting B-Skill’s interests and supporting business strategic and operational planning and progress.

    The HR Officer will provide support on all people-related areas of the ‘HR life cycle’. This will include recruitment, through to onboarding and day to day operational support across the function. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is interested in developing their career in Human Resources, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain a wide range of experience.

      Location: TEESSIDE/LIVERPOOL

      We are looking to recruit Classroom Tutors to deliver a wide range of training courses to unemployed learners in the Tees Valley and Liverpool area. We are looking for tutors/trainers who can deliver inspiring training to our learners so they have the knowledge, skills and confidence to gain employment opportunities.

        TRAINEESHIP CLASSROOM TUTORS (PART TIME/FREELANCE)

        Location: TEESSIDE/LIVERPOOL

        We are looking for tutors to deliver innovative and engaging classroom based training to our Traineeship learners to prepare learners for work or any other form of progression. These programmes offer specific training and support to 19-24-year-old young people who are not in education, employment or training. The core aim of this provision is to support individuals back in to work, through the use of employability related qualifications, Functional Skills and work experience. These individuals, who are at risk of long-term disengagement, are encouraged and developed to move into education, training or employment through a variety of positive destination opportunities.
