Sales Executive

Pay: £20,000 plus bonus
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Due to continued growth B-Skill Ltd are looking to recruit a number of Sales Executives to join our growing B-Skill Sales Team. Experience is not necessary however personality/attitude is key.

We are looking for people who are: Hardworking, Tenacious, Confident, Hungry for Success, Driven, Motivated, Personable, Opportunity Seekers and Target & Results Driven. This opportunity is not for the faint hearted – energy and determination will be required to maximise sales!

You will be a brand ambassador for B-Skill, passionate about who we are and what we do. The position involves contacting prospective customers, promoting our recruitment, training and development solutions through engaging and securing new business.

You will work from our Head Office in Newcastle City Centre. Reporting to our Senior Project Account Manager, you will learn all about the B-Skill brand/offer to promote and celebrate the B-Skill mission and vision. You will be given the tools and the training to develop your sales skills and to learn and understand the importance of building good relationships. We want to promote a coaching culture that encourages and enables you to progress. You will work towards daily/weekly/monthly targets – we want you to live, eat and breathe B-Skill.

Level 5 Management Learning & Development Coach

Pay: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Location: National (Home Based Role)

Utilising your experience in your specialist field, you will have an in-depth understanding of Management Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 5.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire apprentices to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully achieve their Management Apprenticeship Standards. All B-Skill Learning & Development Coaches should have the ability to inspire learners with personal credibility and professional confidence.

L3 Warehousing Learning & Development Coach

Pay: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Location: National (Home Based Role)

Utilising your experience in your specialist field, you will have an in-depth understanding of the apprenticeship standards you will be accountable for delivering including:

Supply Chain Operator – Level 2
Supply Chain Practitioner – Level 3
Supply Chain Warehouse Operative – Level 2

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire apprentices to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully achieve their Management Apprenticeship Standards. All B-Skill Learning & Development Coaches should have the ability to inspire learners with personal credibility and professional confidence.

Curriculum Coordinator

Pay: £26,500 – £27,500 depending on skills and experience
Location: National (Home Based Role)

A key position within the B-Skill quality team to support the internal quality assurance of our programmes with a particular focus on curriculum design.

The post-holder will be responsible for developing and creating effective delivery models supported by professional learning resources and additional materials across the provision. You will contribute to the vision and direction of the department in relation to curriculum intent, implementation, and impact for B-Skill learning programmes. This post covers B-Skill apprenticeships and other learning programmes. It will involve working alongside employers who have specific needs for their organisation and subject experts.

FREELANCE CLASSROOM TUTOR

Pay: £125 per day

Due to increasing learner demand B-Skill are looking to recruit further Classroom Tutors to support our delivery in Tees Valley and South of Tyne. We are looking for inspiring tutors to deliver engaging classroom based training to unemployed/employed learners to prepare learners for work or progression.

We are looking for Tutors who are able to deliver some of the following qualifications:

  • Employability Skills
  • IT User
  • Occupational Studies
  • Health & Wellbeing
  • Warehousing / Lean Organisation

NATIONAL AEB MANAGER

Location: NORTH WEST
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum based on skills and experience

 

The focus of the position is to effectively manage and monitor B-Skill’s Adult Education Budget delivery on a National basis. B-Skill has significant contracts with the Education and Skills Funding Agency for AEB non-devolved areas. B-Skill have also been successful with securing contracts for the devolved regions of North of Tyne, Tees Valley and Liverpool City Region. As part of our AEB contract offer, B-Skill also offer a range of Distance learning programmes.

You will need to have a strong understanding of the adult education budget and skills policy and funding. You are likely to have experience of operational or strategic delivery of adult education from either a college or training provider perspective. You must demonstrate you can manage financial and volume targets, deliver high achievement rates including positive destinations and job outcomes, provide strong and effective leadership skills in the management of staff/subcontractors and be innovative in business development by identifying and developing creative opportunities to maximise AEB provision. 

There is a pressing need for more highly skilled people than ever before, trained effectively, to grow the economy and raise productivity so you will understand how investment in skills can deliver local and regional ambition. You will be passionate about the opportunities afforded by the Adult Education Budget to positively influence the lives of learners.
