Well done to Karolis who recently completed his Level 3 Team Leader or Supervisor apprenticeship at Culina.
Since completing the apprenticeship, Karolis has been able to apply the skills and wider knowledge in his job at Culina. This has helped Karolis in managing people and understanding the theory around his role.
Karolis said: “The course met expectations, was informative, and offered a wide range of tasks and theory that will benefit my job role.”
The team at Culina are incredibly pleased with the progression Karolis has made during and since his apprenticeship. His manager said that they “have seen Karolis grow in confidence over the duration of the programme”.
