Since qualifying from a Level 5 Departmental and Operations Manager apprenticeship, Vilijia’s role has continued to develop within Culina. Vilijia is currently working as a shift manager.
Our Learning and Development coach, David Edmunds, caught up with Vilija to discuss the opportunities that the apprenticeship route has provided her with and what life is like after a B-Skill apprenticeship.
