Congratulations to Gavin Bilson, Learner of the Month!

We’ve recently let you in on our partnership with Culina Group and the incredible RISE Programme, which provides tailor-made training and development to Culina Group staff. The work being put into the RISE Programme has been incredible to see come alive and we’re delighted to announce Gavin Bilson, from Culina Group in Market Drayton, as our March Learner of the Month.

Gavin is working towards his Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship and was recommended by his L&D coach for his consistent engagement with every activity he has been set, successfully completing each one. Gavin has shown commitment to self-improvement by attending training sessions and keeping his skills up to scratch through his own independent study.

Alongside Gavin’s own learning, he also manages some of the other learners where he has shown regular support to ensure they are managing their work and provides the team with the time they need to meet their requirements. He has helped others who may have been falling behind by encouraging them and organised group discussions and sessions to promote an effective learning environment.

Gavin has set a great example in his attitude to learning and we’re proud to call him Learner of the Month!
