At B-Skill, we like to reward hard work when we see it. That’s why we’d like to announce Daniel Gibson, from G4S, as February’s Learner of the Month.

Daniel began his Apprenticeship journey having been recommended by his employer for a Team Leading qualification. As part of the training, Daniel was given additional responsibilities to help him progress personally and professionally, to which he took in his stride and really used this opportunity to drive forward his qualification.

Taking a proactive approach to his work, Daniel has put in place many effective improvements within the department since taking over, which have been received positively by all. It’s only deserving that after applying for a higher-level position at a different site, Daniel has been successful in his application and has been promoted Security Supervisor.

We are delighted for Daniel, he has been a fantastic learner and we wish him all the best in his new role!
