Customer Service Apprenticeship – APM Cleaning – NE4 6UL
We are looking for an Customer Service Apprentice to work within a busy office within Newcastle upon Tyne. The main part of this role will be using the telephone, making and receiving calls to customers and answering general enquires regarding quotes so applicants must have a confident telephone manner. Other duties will include supporting other members of the team in the office and other general aspects of office work.
