I would like to thank you all for the help given to myself and the staff within the domestic services. I was given the opportunity to organise a Apprenticeship Programme with NVQ in Customer Service the Apprenticeship Programmes includes everything – NVQ in Customer Service, FS English Level 1, FS Maths Level 1 and Employer Rights & Responsibilities etc. for the domestic staff which are under st Nicholas Hospital. This includes meeting domestics from different sites and all back grounds. The month of October we signed up over 50 staff, your assessors were helpful, understanding and put all the staff at ease …….
