Last weekend, Team B-Skill dedicated their Saturday to being flung from the Tyne Bridge as they zip-wired through 230m of crisp, Geordie air to raise money for our chosen company charity, The Ear Trust.
It’s safe to say everyone was nervous, excited and everything in between as they stood harnessed up and ready to jump from the 85ft-high bridge! Well done to all 11 team members who completed the zip wire and have raised an incredible £1380 so far for the charity.
Team B-Skill take part in charity zipwire to raise money for The Ear Trust
Paul Wileman, B-Skill’s founder and one of the brave zippers said:
“What a brilliant day! I am so proud of the team for getting stuck in to raise some well-deserved funds for The Ear Trust. The atmosphere was great and it was fantastic to see so many friends of B-Skill come along to show their support. We have all had a brilliant day and I look forward to see what other fundraising challenges we can come up with!”
B-Skill would like to thank everyone who generously sponsored the team for the event. If you haven’t yet donated and would like to show your support, it’s not too late to do so! Simply visit our Just Giving page to donate. 100% of proceeds will go directly to the charity.
