I began to work for B-Skill in June 2013. I was initially struck with how friendly all the team members in the office were, including the Managing Director, Paul Wileman who took the time out to speak to me and meet with me to formally welcome me to the organization.
Since that time, I have to say that it has been a unique experience. I have worked as an Associate Assessor for other organisations and have never felt so included in the team and the workings of the business. I had a detailed induction, by which time I found that I had already been put on the company systems. I was given support for my first visit and induction, and given dates for 1-2-1’s and standardisation meetings, and everyone has been great whenever I have had a question or query.
I genuinely feel part of a team, with management taking an interest in my personal aspirations as well as training and development needs. I am enjoying my experiences and work with the company, and hope to continue for a long time to come.
