Matrix Accreditation
B-Skill are thrilled to have maintained the Matrix accreditation!
After a three-day assessment across all areas of the business, B-Skill are delighted to have once again, maintained the Matrix accreditation. Matrix is an outcome-based assessment which requires the demonstration of the positive impact our IAG service offers to learners. The assessment included interviews with more than 20 learners that represent both Levy and Non-Levy Apprenticeships, Traineeships and our Employability provision. Interviews were carried out with a Levy-employer, as well as three subcontractors and 12 B-Skill employees from across the business.
We are proud to be acknowledged for demonstrating particular strength in the following areas:
How we work with learners to identify their needs and raise aspirations
How we work with partners
Our investment in preparing the levy contract
Use of technology to improve our services
Alison Hodgson, B-Skill’s Quality Assurance Manager, said:
“Thank you to all staff members for the hard work which goes in to ensuring learners and partners are able to articulate their satisfaction with our service, and a particular thanks to those who have supported with the preparation for the assessment and those who were interviewed. I appreciate the added pressure this can be on top of your already busy job roles and once again, thank you for your hard work and commitment.”
B-Skill have the held the accreditation since 2011 and look forward to continue working with the Matrix standard.
