Location: Marquis Court, Team Valley, Gateshead NE11 0RU
Hours
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week – no weekends
Salary
£9.50 per hour

B-Skill is proud to be working in partnership with Smart IT to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional individual to start their career as an Apprentice Customer Service Executive.
In this role, you’ll become a vital part of the customer support team, learning how to provide exceptional service by handling queries, onboarding new clients, managing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. You’ll gain valuable experience working with advanced CRM systems, supporting service delivery, and even spotting opportunities for the sales team.
If you’re an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment—this apprenticeship will give you hands-on experience and industry-recognised training to build your future career.
You must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and respond to customer queries, utilising our advanced CRM system
- Provide quotes for small projects and adjust service contracts as needed
- Identify recurring issues, collaborating with the service delivery manager to prevent recurrence
- Ensure customers receive top-notch service quality, measuring and analysing customer feedback
- Conduct meetings with new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process
- Communicate extensive product and service information effectively to customers
- Conduct surveys and compile reports based on customer feedback on products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and queries with efficiency and professionalism
- Identify potential leads for the Sales Team

- Valid driving license and own vehicle:

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities: Juggle tasks with finesse and maintain impeccable organisational skills.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Gateshead NE11 0RU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
