B-Skill achieve exceptional GOLD pass for Equality and Diversity…
Committed2Equality is an independent not for profit organisation, who provide training programmes, Diversity Assured support and audit and assessments to enable organisations to certify their equality compliance with the Statutory Duties. Last month, B-Skill opened its doors to Rob, C2E Assessor, to demonstrate our commitment to Equality and Diversity in the hope for reaccreditation of the standard.
We are delighted to hear that B-Skill have achieved an ‘Exceptional GOLD Pass‘ with an improved score of 97.1%. The review feedback acknowledged that Equality and Diversity was promoted and embedded well within our organisation. The staff were praised for their positive attitude towards B-Skill’s commitment to Equality and Diversity and we are filled with pride for our hard-working team.
