          DURATION: 24 months

A work-based development programme and Masters degree aimed at professional strategic leaders who lead, manage and direct organisations. In order to meet the requirements for this programme, the employee must have senior management responsibility. This can include formal governance/director responsibilities. They must be responsible for direction and vision, providing a clear sense of purpose and driving strategic in-tent. They will take into account market trends and environmental influences, identify long term opportunities and risks and through inclusive leadership you will be responsible for developing ethical, innovative and supportive cultures with the ability to deliver results.

B-Skill works with Arden University to deliver the full degree through a blended learning model that includes face-to-face sessions and distant learning via VLE.
