We are looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator Apprentice. This is a brand new role within the business and the successful candidate will join an industry-leading company on a brand new site based in Sheffield.

They provide a comprehensive food and drink supply chain management service covering the UK and Ireland. Operating from 75 nationwide locations, they deliver state-of-the-art warehousing solutions and GPS shipment tracking to their clientele. This role is brand-new within the business and will be fast-paced with an environment to match in an operation that works 24/7, 364 days a year.

You will work as part of a wider team dealing with Account Managers, Depot Management Teams, Mechanics, vehicles and Drivers. The role is very varied so you won’t be bored, you will be dealing with not only administration tasks, but external and internal customers so excellent customer service skills is key. Day to day duties include answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, coordinating booking slots, excel reporting, typing documents, organising and filing paperwork, running reports and other administrative duties.

You will receive on the job training and the team will support you through your day-to-day activities and support your development. You will also work towards your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship with your dedicated B-Skill Learning & Development Coach.
