This standard will develop your highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in small or large businesses of any sector. You will either work independently or as part of a team and be involved in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. You will be responsible for supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal and external customers. You will contribute to the efficiency of the organisation, through supporting functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested.
